Credentials of Principal Coach
Liz Cascagnette brings a diverse array of knowledge and experience to the career coaching industry. Besides her wealth of experience in various sectors of business including the Canadian Securities Industry, residential real estate industry, retail pharmacy sector, and her work in both the non-profit and public sector managing volunteers. Liz has always believed in learning and has received a certificate in Volunteer Services Management, a certificate in Teaching and Training Adults, and a certificate as a Career Development Facilitator through the National Career Development Association.
In addition to all of her achievements throughout the past thirty years, Liz has been happily married for 19 years and has a 16-year old son. She resides in Midland, Ontario, a small town located about one hour and forty-five minutes north of Toronto, Ontario.
Envision Career Coaching works with our clients to develop your own unique coaching plan based on your needs and your desired outcomes. We will work together to formulate a coaching plan that will take you from where you are to where you want to be.

- Personality Assessment;
- Are you coachable?
- Envision Career Coaching Agreement;
- Initial “No Charge” Intake Assessment;
- Coaching Plan (one month, three months, or six months)
Envision Career Coaching believes there are three critical elements in developing a successful Coaching Plan:
- Specific, realistic, and measurable Goals. We help you answer questions like:
- What do I want to change in my life in the next 3-6 months?
- What do I want to improve?
- What is in my way that I need to overcome?
- Unique and client-inspired Action Steps. We help you answer questions like:
- What specific actions will I take to achieve my goals?
- Which steps are most urgent?
- Where will I find additional resources to achieve my goals?
- Concrete Results that ensure your success. We help you answer questions such as:
- What is the reward for completing the action steps?
- How will achieving this goal help me fulfill my long-term or life-time goals?
- What will I have after completing this goal that I don’t have now?
